How it all began
“I was on Hinge before leaving the office and tossed a 🌹 at a total smoke show, fully expecting nothing. Fifteen minutes later, I’m riding with a buddy on the way to play golf when a notification pops up… match. Turns out she’d only been visiting and was literally driving out of town — about to be outside the mile range Hinge allows. In that sliver of a window, I somehow met my soon-to-be wife. To Hinge, the app that’s meant and was, in fact, deleted ."

Lexi and Cody met on Hinge after Cody sent Lexi a rose. He asked to take her out for coffee but little did he know she was still currently living in Arkansas, only visiting Texas at that time to apartment search. A few months of texts, calls and FaceTimes later Cody drove to Arkansas to meet Lexi. He took her to Sassafras that weekend and asked her to be his girlfriend. He visited her a few more times in Arkansas until she finally made the move to Texas after graduating from college. Since then, they’ve started a beautiful life together in Texas, joined by their child-like puppy, Henry. They are so excited for this next chapter of stepping into marriage and can’t wait to make so many more loving memories together!!
